• We publish facts and clearly-labelled honest opinions based on those facts.
• We redact personal data and do not publish staff names or direct contact details.
• We reject submissions that are abusive, irrelevant, promotional, or legally risky (e.g., unverified criminal claims).
• Right of reply: Avis Budget may submit a response; we’ll display it alongside the review.
